• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Wonderful cabin at great location. Old Mill, Go kart etc are 5 minutes walk from the cabin which was so much convenient. The river and fire place, hammock, chairs by the river was lovely. Would definitely like to come back.
We had a great stay at Cottage on the River! Everything was clean and in good condition. The location is perfect - close to everything but quiet at the same time. The water running behind the house is beautiful, and we enjoyed watching the ducks and geese playing in the water. The host was in touch and accessible if we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!
This Property was awesome!!! Location is absolutely perfect. You could go out during the day have fun and get back to the house easy and then sit next to the river and fish or have a fire in the fire pit area. I have rented alot of homes and this one has been my favorite by far.
This place was perfect for my family and our mini vacation. It was clean, in a very convenient location, and felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be back!
What a beautiful home to stay in on vacation. So close to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer, yet a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is so relaxing right on the river. We enjoyed watching the geese and a few ducks swim by. Easy check in and out with door codes sent by email and all responses from owner were quick. Wish we could’ve stayed longer and hope to return one day and stay here again!
This property was very convenient location. It was clean and had a nice floor plan on one level. Chris gave detailed instructions about check in and check out procedures. Chris was polite and prompt with resolving concerns making our trip very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.
Awesome home kids enjoyed the space and backyard. We played games at the round table and even put together a hard puzzle. Tvs in every room. 4 bedrooms 2 baths big size house.with fire pit Walking distance from the mill. Spa smelled odd but its probably just the chlorine. What could've been better is a real outdoor gril rather than one you find from a camping site.
We had a great stay at this rental. The host did an excellent job of communicating with us prior to, during, and after our stay. The check in and check out processes were simple. This home is in a great location in Pigeon Forge. It is within walking distance to The Old Mill area and also the greenway. It was also easy to drive to the various activities in the area. We spent time at Dollywood, the national park, Anakeesta, Skyland Ranch, and other area attractions. Even though the traffic was heavy at this time of year, the location of these home allowed for convenient detours around the congested areas. The home was comfortable for our family of five. Having four bedrooms was great. Our kids had fun exploring the river behind the property.
It is a great location. Walking distance to the old mill area since you are in the old mill district. Love walking out the back door to the river. Its beautiful. Very close to alot of attractions.
My wife and I stayed here with a couple that we are close friends with for a marriage retreat with our church. Everything was amazing from the house, to the view of the Smokies from the front porch and hot tub. There was a ton going on, on the parkway, but the noise level was to a minimum. Beds were super comfortable!
Cottage was clean and well maintained. They amenities made the stay that much better. We stayed for 1 1/2 weeks and our garbage piled up. Please add information in your policies indicating when garbage pickup is scheduled.
We stayed here for a long family weekend. The home was PERFECT! It was very, very clean. The location is great, just a few minutes from Dollywood and Dolly Stampede. Within walking distance are some great restaurants and cute little shops. The house is a split bedroom plan, with the master off of the dining room/living room, and the other three bedrooms and bathroom on the other side of the house. The patio and hot tub are just outside the kitchen back door. And just a few steps more is the river with a fire pit and chairs. We will stay here again! Everything about this house and the host made our stay wonderful. thank you!
