The representative apartment is located in a classic Viennese Wilhelminian style house. It combines the charm of the turn of the century architecture with modern design and has been renovated to the latest standard.
Our 130m ², bright and quiet apartment is on the 2nd. Lift floor. With comfortable and modern furnishings, the apartment offers both holiday guests and business travelers everything you need to fully enjoy your stay. Bright, high rooms, parquet floors, elegant and at the same time cozy furnishings lend a special charm.
The apartment is located on the 6th District (Mariahilf), which is directly adjacent to Vienna's historic city center. This district is primarily known for its diverse range of leisure options and high quality of living. The Naschmarkt is only a few steps away, the museum quarter is almost opposite the apartment, the famous Mariahilferstrasse, also in front of the door and most museums and sights of the city center are only a 5 to 10 minute walk away.
The apartment consists of a large living-dining room, 3 bedrooms, a spacious anteroom, a kitchen, 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet and another toilet.
Living room: In the living room you will find a couch, a reading corner, a flat screen TV (with cable TV), and a coffee table. Here you will also find a large dining table for 8 people.
The couch can be pulled out on request and thus offers another sleeping possibility for 2 people (dimensions: 1.60 x 2m).

Bedroom 1: The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (1.60 x 2m), a spacious wardrobe and a seating area.
Bedroom 2: The bedroom has 1 large double bed, wardrobe, workplace, night cat.
Bedroom 3: double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped. Here you will find basic equipment such as stainless steel cooking pots, dishes, cutlery, an (N) espresso machine, a modern dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a dining table.

Bathroom 1: In the bathroom are a bathtub, a double sink with mirror, toilet, a hair dryer and fresh towels, washing machine and dryer.

Zentral gelegene Wohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (2 U-Bahn-Verbindungen, 1 Buslinie), Einkaufsstraße direkt nebenan, nahe am Museumsviertel. Man hätte sich auch gut eine Woche lang nur in diesem Stadtteil bewegen können. Wien ist eine sehr vielfältige Stadt, die sehr viele verschiedene Aspekte zeigt.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz. Wir haben 5 Tage mit 4 Erwachsenen verbracht. Kein Problem bei drei Schlafzimmern! Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Viele Ziele sind fußläufig entfernt. Die Übergabe war äußerst problemlos. Auch konnten wir unser Gepäck am Abreisetag noch länger in der Wohnung stehen lassen. Freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Alles super! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Great Location in Vienna

What a fantastic property! The high ceilings and huge rooms in a lovely building just a block from Mariahilferstrasse. The location is really perfect. We enjoyed our stay here very much as it was clean, efficient and very comfortable. We did cook dinner here one night and found the kitchenware to be minimal. For example, when baking there were no ovenmitts to use when removing hot items from the oven. We had to get creative. A small thing overall, I would recommend this apartment if you are spending anytime in Vienna.

Beautiful home base for exploring Vienna!

The apartment exceeded expectations. It is beautifully furnished, spacious, clean, in a great location, convenient, bright, easy to find, and quiet. The subway and all the shopping on Mariahilferstrasse are nearly just around the corner. Plenty of dining and grocery options nearby. We walked to many of the main sites of Vienna. Our group of a married couple, a pre-teen child, and a grandpa wanted 3 separate sleeping areas. This is difficult to find in the city, especially in such a convenient location. The apartment also has a 2nd half-bathroom (toilet room) which is extremely helpful for trying to get everyone out the door in the morning. We used the large kitchen to prepare several meals. The room-darkening curtains are helpful to cover the large windows in the morning so that you do not have to wake up with the sun on vacation. It is a grand old building, but the apartment is all newly refinished. Even the floors do not squeak at all and we did not hear any noise from other apartments in the building. Communication with the manager was prompt and she was helpful in answering several questions.

Mooie woning Mariahilfer Wenen

Zeer ruim appartement in hartje Wenen. De ontvangst was goed, waardoor je snel “thuis” was. Goede bedden en ook de zitkamer was goed ingericht. Alleen de eettafel en stoelen hadden beste tijd ver achter zich liggen.

Großzügiges Apartment in Toplage

Das Apartment liegt in dem sehr netten und auch angesagten Viertel Mariahilf. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist super. In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte und eine Straße weiter ( Mariahilfer Str.) hat man alles was das Mainstream Shopping Herz begehrt. Der Naschmarkt ist in ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Aber auch nette kleine Lädchen wie z.b. im Raimundshof sind gleich um die Ecke. Das Haus an sich ist sehr ruhig und die Lokale mit Aussengastro, die um die Ecke sind, stören eigentlich auch nicht weiter. Die Vermieterin ist gut erreichbar und hat die von der Putzfrau vergessenen Geschirrhandtücher unverzüglich nachgeliefert.
