Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No towels or items of any kind can be left on the patio chairs/tables to dry. Doing so may incur a fine from the HOA and is at renter's cost.

Why they chose this property

Our condo is the closest you'll get to the beach than any other condo in Huntington Beach! Just a couple of feet away lies the gate leading to the sand and beach trail. The downtown area is just minutes away walking distance. My favorite aspect about the condo is opening the windows for the fresh ocean breeze and hearing the beach waves.
