Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy

Awful

Dirty, unkept cottage. Broken items and the property was inhabitable. We had to relocate after 2 hours. The manager was unbothered with our concerns over wet bedding, no hot water and a leaking roof. He simply replied it’s not supposed to rain in august.
