4BD 3BTH, Lakeview, huge covered outdoor patio Firepit, and Fishing @ Jolie Vue

Nestled on 4 acres of property on Toledo Bend Lake, this estate is private w/ plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. We are in a quiet cove off of the main lake which is perfect for swimming or fishing. Inside the house, the primary bedroom has a king bed, french doors that open to the patio, an attached master bathroom w/ a large soaker tub & separate shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has two full beds. 4th bedroom is a bunk room with 2 twin over twin beds and its own full bathroom. We also have a sofa pullout bed in living room and a queen sofa pullout in dining room. Outside we have a large covered outdoor patio area with kitchen, fireplace, 75” TV with surround sound, and plenty of seating to relax with friends and family. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Also there is a RV hookup with 50amp plugin and sewage. Private boat landing next door to the house. Golf cart available for rent during your stay. Guys family Fathers Day weekend/fishing trip.

We had 12 guys from ages 18 to 82 stay from the Friday to Sunday in June. Enjoyed the camp, pier and cooking accommodations. Everything we needed was there and we cooked for every meal. Awesome place and will plan to rent here next year.

stay for sure! The house was beautiful and perfect for a family getaway. Even with our whole family in one house, we didn’t feel cramped in the slightest. The private boat dock was amazing for taking the boat out and we couldn’t keep the kids out of the water. Host was amazing with communication!

the best time at Jolie Vue. Everything was so clean, the house was beautiful and very accommodating. The kayaks were lots of fun. The golf cart is a must on the steep walk up. If you are going to be out by the lake all day on the dock, I'd sughest bringing a canopy for the sun. The kiddos had a blast. Thanks you for a wonderful get away!

We enjoyed the home so much! The views were incredible! It was very clean the host was always quick to respond and very accommodating. The land is a little steep, so I highly recommend renting the golf cart! It’s very quiet and secluded. Overall we had an amazing weekend, thank you for sharing your home with us!

Two family vacation

The house and property were amazing. Owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. We had kids from 6-18 and no one was ever bored. From fishing, to swimming, kayaking, boat riding and even watching movies in surround sound at night, everyone enjoyed themselves. The home on top of being gorgeous, had all the accessories to cook inside or outdoors already there. The golf cart rental was a plus as well. We will definitely stay here again.
