Includes washer and dryer, free WiFi, and TV with Netflix, DisneyPlus, and Hulu available. Bathroom is handicap-accessible. Large windows and sliding doors open onto a huge backyard with great views of Shawangunk Mountains. Air conditioning and heat provided by heat pumps, electricity from solar panels. Fireplace fully functional.

Everything was wonderful. The owners greeted me and have a tour of the property. They even went above and beyond to give me a ride to Main Street! I would definitely go back!

Quiet, peaceful, clean apartment

We loved Anca and Stephen's 1 bedroom apartment. It's even prettier and homier in person. We found it spotlessly clean, comfortable and the location was close to downtown New Paltz but still remote enough to be truly bucolic and peaceful. The apartment has a lot of sunlight too which made it feel bright and cheerful even when it was raining. We will definitely return.
