Welcome to the noble holiday home

We offer a newly created cottage with a noble decor.
The location of the house is on a hill with a clear view towards the monastery Banz. The property is surrounded by large green areas that are ideal for children to play or to relax. The property is relatively secluded. You have your separate driveway from Brunnenstrasse. Even the access looks very idyllic.
The house was completely rebuilt in 2019 and never used for residential purposes.
In front of the door is a terrace that invites you to linger. With a perfect view into the valley and the sunset you have stress free hours here.
At the entrance to the modern apartment you get directly into the dining / living area. A freestanding kitchen welcomes you with all the amenities that are necessary. The bar is also suitable for making an experience out of cooking with your partner.
The house is air conditioned, so that in the summer at any time a perfect temperature can be set. Otherwise, individually adjustable radiators are installed in the rooms for the winter time. The bathroom is additionally equipped with underfloor heating.
In the living area you will find a cuddly sofa which lets your eyes wander out of the large window to the west and Kloster Banz.
The dining table is decorated in white wood and offers a comfortable time for breakfast or dinner for up to 4 people.
We offer a large wardrobe next to the front door.
Directly adjacent to the living area is the bathroom with a spa shower, a laundry and the toilet. A large window makes the whole room very friendly and it can be well ventilated. A towel radiator dries your wet towels.
A door further is the bedroom with a 1.8x2m large baroque-style bed. We have installed indirect lighting options and a single large size 3 mattress. You have the possibility in the bedroom to build a cot with. The windows of the bedroom face south-east and catch the morning sun.
In another small Beiraum there is a sofa that can be turned into a bed. Children will love the small room and can sleep there for two on the sofa bed.

The location of the house is a very good starting point for bike rides and hikes. You reach the Mainauen and thus the hiking trails to many lakes of the area is only 300m.
Within a radius of 1km there is the thermal bath Bad Staffelstein, shops and a lot of restaurants.
The area is characterized by major attractions such as: The Staffelberg, Vierzehnheiligen, Banz Monastery, the Adam Riese town of Bad Staffelstein, the access to Franconian Switzerland ... ....
We can also be reached by train and a stop in Bad Staffelstein, about 500m away from our house.
