This cozy two-level space includes a kitchenette, dining area, one bathroom, and a comfortable living room with two bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top). The upstairs has been fully updated and features six single beds, plus six additional cots available for flexible sleeping arrangements.

We chose this spot for its unbeatable location—just a short walk to Knoxville Raceway, close to the lake, and near the charming town of Pella. It’s the perfect blend of action and relaxation. We love the friendly small-town feel, the race weekends, and the easy access to outdoor activities at Red Rock Lake.
