This spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome has pool and ocean views from the living room, master bedroom and private balcony!

There are three private walkways onto the beautiful wide sandy beaches which make access easy for your long strolls or relaxing on the beach. This oceanfront property also has two heated pools, tennis court, basketball hoop, putting green and shuffleboard to enjoy.

Our condo is among the best... just a 2-minute walk to the beautiful, white sand beach. The gourmet kitchen has all the amenities to entertain or relax with family. This well-decorated condo includes all of the comforts of home and more, large closets, comfortable furnishings, and a kitchen bar/dining area!

Nature enthusiasts and history buffs will enjoy a visit to Downtown St. Augustine or the many State Parks along the coast and intracoastal waterways. Enjoy bird watching, Eco tours, surfing, fishing, water sports or just relaxing. A short drive to Marineland or the Alligator Farm will make the kids happy. Mini golf, movies and shopping nearby. Concerts at the St. Augustine Amphitheater bring many great performers for everyone to enjoy.

Great location, but no elevator

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. It is lovely, very comfortable, and perfectly located. My husband and I are older, so the lack of an elevator was an issue for us when moving in and out. The maintenance man did not come when needed, but my husband eventually handled the problem. The pool was not heated 3 of the 4 full days of our stay which was a big disappointment; our granddaughters still swam, but their teeth were chattering when they got out of the water. It was heated the day we arrived (but we didn't swim since it was so late after hauling everything in and unpacking) and our final full day - what a difference! It would have been a better stay had it been heated the entire time. Others at the pool said it had been heated previously, and nobody knew why it wasn't heated the days it was not. Overall, I would still recommend this property. It is a short walk to the beach which has heavenly, powdery sand. The girls had a ball at the beach, and the owner left sand toys they played with. Very nice not to have to buy them!

Unacceptable

There was only a slight trickle of water coming out of the showerhead. I called Saturday morning to get maintenance out to look at it. No one ever came Saturday or Sunday. I was told that a water main break was the reason and the County was responsible. The water downstairs in the kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine were fine so that made zero sense. Also none of our neighbors upstairs or downstairs were experiencing any water issues. I guess our unit had a separate water main just for the upstairs shower 🙄 Amazingly a maintenance man finally showed up after we checked out on Monday and said everything was working fine, imagine that. That's what the property management company (First Choice Florida Vacation Rentals) told me while I was driving home. They sent me an email that said "sorry for the inconvenience, please stay with us again next time you are in the area and we'll give you a discount" No thanks, never again! I was never offered the option to move to another unit or to another property. This unit is upstairs and there is no elevator, that would have been good to know before booking. Both bedrooms are upstairs in the unit as well. I know everyone doesn't have an issue with that but unfortunately I do. The second bedroom says Queen and Double but is actually a Double and a Twin. Should change their name to "Last Choice Florida Vacation Rentals"

Home away from home

Great location and value, very close to the beach. Everything in the working order, we would stay there again. Excellent communication and lightning fast responses from the host. We greatly appreciated substantial window coverings in the master bedroom to allow for sleeping in, something that many othe rproperties we stayed at lacked. The only negative is that the pool was closed for maintenance mid-week for over 4 days. We ended up going to a different pool on the same resort but it wasn't as convenient with 2 littles. Interestingly, the same thing happened with the pool when we stayed at a different condo at this particular resort.
