Convenient location to the wedding location we had. Not an easy treck to beach but is walkable. We needed something with no steps to condo and a walkin shower so it met that criteria. Definitely not a lot of frills - be sure you take your own body soap. There is small patio but we really couldn’t sit out there. Overall it met our basic needs.

We had a wonderful quick Mother’s Day getaway here with a couple mom friends! The condo was beautiful, very clean, and in a perfect location close to Old City St. Augustine. The beach was great, and the host had excellent communication throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was clean however there was no bath soap/ shampoo. It would have been helpful to know this wouldn’t be available so we could have been prepared vs having to go to the grocery after a long drive to get there. The host was very responsive to questions and concerns.

Loved that the area was in a gated area, the kitchen definitely needs some more ventilation when cooking but that’s not the hosts fault. Loved that the place had a washing machine and dryer!! Did not have to take home clothes to wash. The access to the beach was close and the beach was beautiful!! Clean and not crowded at all. Would definitely book again!

Parking could not have been better. The distance to the beach was cumbersome, a lot of steep steps up & down to cross the dunes--was unexpected. It was convenient to have a hose to spray away the sand. It would be nice to rent one of the condos at the top of the complex with ocean views, but I didn't really understand the logistics from the pictures. The location was less populated, not being in the center of business, thus making it quiet & peaceful--which is perfect.

Hi Charlotte, I'm sorry your expectations were not met? In the first paragraph of the description we explained there's some steps to get out to the beach additionally, our parking spot is right next to the condo and one of the few units in the complex that has parking so close I'm not fully tracking and understanding your comments? Food thought if he were to book one of the condos at the top of the hill there's no parking up there so you would have to unload everything out of your car walk it up the hill. Those condos are not very desirable for that reason.

David's place is cute and he had everything labeled so there's no guess work in needing to know where things are. There were ducks swimming in the pool, which was a delight to see.
