This was a great place for a beach vacation. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. The best part is its proximity to the Beach. Less than a 10 minute walk. Also very convenient to go to downtown St. Augustine for all the fun in that area.

We absolutely love this place. This was our second stay. It’s close to the beach and the beach is dog friendly. The host welcomed our dog. All basic needs are there for use. We highly recommend this rental.

The condo is in a great walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was very easy to have our dog with us, there are grassy areas and potty stations on the condo grounds and leashed dogs are welcomed on the beach. The condo is located on the ground floor and the neighbors are very quiet, even the upstairs neighbor. The beds were comfortable and the owner thought of everything you might need without needing to purchase all of the basics.

Comfortable, quiet, close to the beach. The host provided some fun little extras (beach towels and beach chairs), easily accessible, binder on living room table with clear instructions and recommendations for local amenities and activities, easy check in, close to the beach. Had a girls’ weekend with mother, sister, niece. This was the perfect place for us to stay.

Great location, was so convenient to get to everything. We took our Labradoodle and there was a nearby dog park. The condo had everything you need, including chairs and beach gear.

I gave all 5 stars, this was the perfect place with easy beach access, we enjoyed getting our morning walks in. Pet friendly. Perfect set up to make you feel at home. I would recommend this condo and if I am ever back in the area will definitely stay here.

The condo was great! Perfect location and easy walk to the beach. The beach is right beside the State Park so not very crowded. We enjoyed our stay! Great restaurants in the area - Black Molly's, Aunt Kate's, Salt Life, Saltwater Cowboys and Oasis. We will be back.
