Perfect weekend getaway—home away from home—with an easy beach access literally right across the street. It had all the amenities we needed! We walked to local coffee shops and restaurants and the neighborhood was also very dog friendly.

The vrbo rental price was very good, the apartment was spacious and clean. It is pet friendly with a fence around it for convenience,. Love the beach equipment provided and that the apartment was well furnished. Love the location, 5-Minute walk to the beach. Nearby seafood restaurant Beachcombers was excellent. I have rented this apartment before, and I will rent it again in the future.

Nice property, equipped with all essential items (beach chairs, cooler, umbrella etc). Even with the beach wagon it’s a couple blocks to the beach and from there the dunes could be challenging.

Quick walk to the beach- everything needed for beach was already there! Honestly, there is not much need to go anywhere else unless you wanted to explore the old historic section. My husband and I tried another beach I read about in the area, ended up turning right back around parking back at the rental and walking to “our” beach. Definitely would like to come back- wondering if this owner owns anything else it was so great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It felt like home away from home. The beach toys and chairs were a hit with my kids. The beach is a short walk away. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

Everything about this place was awesome! Easy check-in, super clean accommodations, great location to beach (5 minute walk) & I will never stay at a hotel again when we visit St. Augustine Beach! This will be our new spot!

This place was very clean and accurately described. It was very close to the beach, local restaurants and coffee shops and we loved having all the beach essentials provided! My only suggestion is the bed pillows could use an upgrade. Also, there is noise from the upstairs tenant, which didn’t bother us too much. Overall, it was a nice stay!
