We loved our 2 week stay here with our dog. The beach and restaurants were just a short walk away and dog friendly. The ground floor apartment was spacious, had what we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet.

Wonderful six weeks

We loved it. Very nice and clean. Incredible location, with five-minute walk to a beautiful, clean, dog-friendly ocean beach and many restaurants. Nicely landscaped yard and comfortable patio. Owners extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. We've already reserved it for six weeks next year. Because we were there during some rainy days, it would have been nice to have a comfortable reading chair in addition to the couch. Highly recommend staying there.

Loved the place!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and attractions! It was just out of the way of the traffic but close enough to the important stuff! Only downside is you might hear your neighbors upstairs pretty well. We will definitely be staying at one of Kristy’s properties again!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at your perfect location getaway. Great location for beach, downtown area, restaurants, grocery store and shops. Communication response was fast and helpful. It was clean, bed was great, washer and dryer was a plus. Will definitely be returning soon.

Beach Vaca

Property was located nice and close to the beach with good parking available. Room was overall nice but the bathroom was not super clean. There was hair in the shower and on the shower walls upon arrival. In the bedroom there was (hopefully) dog hair in the sheets. We opted for changing the sheets with the spare set in the closet and washed the ones previously on the bed. The fan in the bedroom was quite slow and did not provide a lot of air flow. There was a good amount of space in the closets and the laundry room was a good bonus with a washing machine and dryer. Overall, not a bad stay but would have been better if the cleanliness of the room was elevated and matched what was advertised.

Awesome location and very clean

Owners are very responsive. AC quit working and owners were right on it and it was fixed before it ever had a chance to get hot. We were on the bottom floor so a little noisy at times but all in all a great place to stay and would definitely stay again!!!

Len runs his general contracting business & maintains 20 long term residential and commercial rental properties. Kristy owns Panache: an Aveda store, salon & spa right down the road if you are in need. This is our 5th vacation rental. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed creating it!

Very well cared for property with a cozy, comfy, relaxing feel. Have coffee, from the provided coffee bar, on the veranda in the morning and listen to the birds chirp. Walk two blocks to beautiful St Augustine beach but don't forget the boogie boards, chairs, cooler etc provided for you. Enjoy sitting in lush yard and listen to the ocean waves. Peaceful, serene and relaxing environment in well cared for clean home you will sure to be comfy and cozy in.
