Very nice place, we were very comfortable. Bed was comfortable. It’s bright and cheery inside with a great open concept with good flow. Perfect for 2 people. LOVE how close the beach is!! Just a short walk. St Augustine Beach is huge with few people. Very nice for walking every day. The historic district is awesome! We had a couple of VERY minor issues with a drain and smoke detector, both addressed by host. We would, and hopefully will, book there again.

This place was just as described and perfect for the two of us. In a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the beach & within walking distance to restaurants. It's a 1 bedroom apartment, but spacious enough that we didn’t feel cramped, with ample closet space to store our suitcases, clothes and whatever else we brought with us. It had everything we could need. The kitchen was well stocked for meals. There were plenty of towels provided, along with hotel size bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash. A wagon with beach chairs, umbrella and other beachy things was available to use, although we brought our own, and the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. Communication with the host was excellent. Everything was clean and well kept. I would love to stay here again when we come to St Augustine again.

Len runs his general contracting business & maintains 20 long term residential and commercial rental properties. Kristy owns Panache: an Aveda store, salon & spa right down the road if you are in need. This is our 5th vacation rental. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed creating it!

Very well cared for property with a cozy, comfy, relaxing feel. Have coffee, from the provided coffee bar, on the veranda in the morning and listen to the birds chirp. Walk two blocks to beautiful St Augustine beach but don't forget the boogie boards, chairs, cooler etc provided for you. Enjoy sitting in lush yard and listen to the ocean waves. Peaceful, serene and relaxing environment in well cared for clean home you will sure to be comfy and cozy in.
