We loved our stay at the Hotty Toddy Habitat! It was our first game day experience, and the location was great. It’s a short drive to everything in Oxford, including the University, downtown and all restaurants. The condo was very comfortable and well-stocked—everything you’d need. Tim was easy to communicate with. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking to visit Oxford!

Great Location and Amenities

We enjoyed our first stay in Oxford! The location of this rental was wonderful. It was close to everything. The rental was equipped with everything that we could have possibly needed and it was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive. We hope to be able to return here very soon!

HYDR It’s A Great Place To Stay

This property was perfect and everything we needed to take our daughter to college. Conveniently located to the university, clean and well stocked and we really enjoyed the Ole Miss decor. Communication with the owner was excellent and very prompt, he even recommended some local restaurants that turned out to be fantastic. Would definitely recommend and we will stay here again for sure. Thanks!!!

Perfection in Oxford

The home's location was unbeatable, as it was situated near the campus and square. The upkeep of the property was notable and it was impeccably clean. The owner's thoughtful touches of providing water bottles and a bottle of wine upon arrival were greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again for any Ole Miss events, as the location truly couldn't be better!
