Our 2019 newly renovated holiday home is in a quiet location in Wernigerode's Silstedt district. It has 140 square meters on 3 floors with 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 adults and a toddler.

On the ground floor there is the entrance area with a cloakroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a directly adjacent large dining area, which invites you to cook together and spend cozy hours, with an open transition to the living area with a fireplace. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a shower, vanity and toilet. The entire ground floor and the bathroom on the upper floor are equipped with underfloor heating.

Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, and another bathroom with shower, bathtub, vanity and toilet.
In the attic you will find another bedroom with two box spring beds and a bedroom with a box spring bed.

Outside there is a spacious terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The property is fenced with direct access to the carport with parking for two vehicles.

There is a restaurant with regional cuisine 60 m away, another restaurant 800 m away. A bakery can be reached on foot in 600 m.
The Holtemme cycle path is ideal for sporting activities and walks. It connects Silstedt with the Derenburg glassworks to Halberstadt as well as via the Rothe Mühle restaurant or directly via Wernigerode and other Harz towns. The center of Wernigerode with its historic old town and the castle can also be reached by public bus in a few minutes.
The connection to the A36 motorway is 3 km away and offers a quick connection for day trips to Quedlinburg, Thale, Bad Harzburg, Goslar and others. etc. ..
