About this property

Nice Appartment with garden and mountainview for 2 adults and a baby

The holiday flat is located in a newly renovated house in a quiet residential area, surrounded by the beautiful mountain panorama of the Paltental.

The flat consists of a large room of approx. 40 m² and a separate bathroom. In the entrance area there is the kitchen, as well as a dining area. At the back of the flat is the sleeping area with a double bed. A cot for a small child can be provided on request.

Furthermore, there is a beautiful garden at your disposal, which you can use together with the tenants of the second flat in the house. Your own seating area in the garden is equipped with garden furniture for 4 people.

A free parking space is available directly in front of the flat. On request, you can charge your electric car with us for a fee!

Rottenmann is located in the Paltental, only 12 km from the district capital Liezen. The surrounding mountains are ideal for numerous hikes of all levels of difficulty in summer and for ski tours, snowshoeing and skiing in winter.
Many interesting sights such as Strechau Castle, Admont Abbey with its world-famous library, the Formula 1 Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, renowned ski resorts, the Gesäuse National Park,... are all within easy reach.
The provincial capital Graz can be reached in one hour and scores with art, culture and shopping. Our nearby district capital Liezen offers numerous shopping opportunities.

Summer activities: hiking, cycling, swimming, summer toboggan run, sightseeing, Dachstein with Skywalk, ....

Winter activities: Alpine skiing, ski tours, cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowshoe hiking, sightseeing

You can reach the holiday flat via the A9 motorway, Rottenmann exit. The nearest airports are Graz Thalerhof 120 km and Linz Hörsching Airport 110 km. You can take the train to the town of Rottenmann.

Amazing cosy apartment at Austrian alps

My stay at Margit and Manfred's was incredible. The location of the apartment is perfect, with amazing views of the mountains at one side, and direct access to several mountain routes at the other one. The apartment itself is very cosy, what you would expect for a place to relax in the Alps. And last, both Margit and Manfred were super friendly and always willing to help with whatever I needed Definitely recommend this place!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Es gab 3 Tage mit 30 Grad und die Wohnung blieb angenehm kühl. Für Einzelpersonen und Paare gut geeignet. Schönes Ein-Zimmer-Appartement, guter Schnitt und eigener Eingang. Man hört nur wahnsinnig viele Vögel aber nix von der Autobahn 😊

wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in absolut ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich lieb und die Gegend ist wirklich sehr schön. Rottenmann ist keine Metropole, aber man bekommt alles was man so braucht. Und man kann einige schöne Wanderungen unternehmen, es gibt viel zu sehen.

Familienurlaub

Wir sin mit unserem Sohn bei Familie Illsinger im Urlaub gewesen und wurden mit nichts enttäuscht .So eine saubere ,gemütliche und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung haben wir noch nie gehabt .Es war alles da ,was man so für einen schönen Urlaub braucht .Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und der Garten sehr gepflegt. Das Auto kann man gleich vor der Wohnung parken und am liebsten haben wir nach einer Wanderung auf der Terrasse gesessen und dem Mähroboter zugesehen .Also wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal nach Rottenmann und zu Familie Ilsinger

Die schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten!

Diese Ferienwohnung ist perfekt. Die Einrichtung sieht aus wie neu, das Raumangebot ist großzügig, die Ausstattung perfekt - es wurde an alles gedacht: vom Flaschenöffner bis zu einer ausführlichen Mappe mit Vorschlägen für Wanderungen und anderen Aktivitäten. Die Vermieterin ist die Freundlichkeit in Person. Ein Urlaub, der nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt! Herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen bald wieder!

Es gab nichts zu meckern. Noch nicht mal übers Wetter.

Sauber, alles im ausreichendem Maß vorhanden. Sogar ein Präsentkorb. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und baten immer ihre Hilfe an. Wanderungen und die schönen Klettersteige haben sie uns vor Anreise rausgesucht. Alles rundum zufrieden.
