2 bedroom beautiful home in Poljane

On the slopes of the Uka Mountains, with magnificent views of the sea and the greenery of the surrounding countryside, this holiday home is situated on a 10,000 m² natural plot. The house is over 200 years old and has retained its beautiful, traditional style. It consists of 2 bedrooms with bathroom and gallery above. In the centre is the spacious living room with kitchen. However, we are pretty sure that you will spend most of your time on the terrace or by the swimming pool.

You can buy local produce from private farms in the neighbourhood. Visit Opatija and Lovran, with many leisure activities and a marvellous promenade along the sea.

Leider nicht sauber

Leider war das Haus nicht geputzt und überall Ameisen(auch im Geschirrspüler) und Spinnen. Wir waren anfangs rund 2 Stunden mit putzen beschäftigt, obwohl angeblich eine sehr zufriedene Familie zuvor (frühzeitig) abgereist war. Beschwerden wurden zeitnah an die Person, die auf allen Unterlagen angegeben war (Person die den Schlüssel übergab) gerichtet. Am Ende der Reise wurde man dann an die Agentur verwiesen, da nur diese und nicht der Besitzer oder die Person die den Schlüssel übergab für die Vermietung zuständig sei. Die Agentur verwies dann darauf, das man sich nicht zeitnah an sie gewandt hätte. Mit etwas Abstand gewinnt man den Eindruck, die "Meldekette" war absichtlich langsam. Zudem wurde mit nicht nutzbaren Räumlichkeiten geworben. Sauberkeit: Stark verbesserbar Zuständigkeiten: Sollten besser abgesprochen werden Kontakt zur Person Vorort stets freundlich und bemüt - das reicht aber eben manchmal nicht.

Wunderschönes Haus in den Bergen

Wir wurden herzlichen Empfangen und das Haus entspricht den Bildern. Die Küche und die Grillecke sind super ausgestattet. Man merkt, das das Haus bewohnt wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden von den sehr herzlichen Nachbarn zu einem Wein tasting eingeladen, das wundervoll war. Das Haus liegt genau zwischen dem Berggipfel (Ucka) und dem Meer. Es sind ein paar Kehren zu fahren. Was zu erwähnen ist, ist das die Schnellstraße nicht sehr weit weg ist und damit gut hörbar ist. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.
