The spacious kitchen is perfect for cooking your family's favorite meal. If cooking is not your thing, you are less than a 15-minute walk to several restaurants and Resolute Brewing.

The spacious backyard is perfect for family playtime and for your dogs to roam! Enjoy the cool Colorado evenings next to the outdoor fireplace. If you choose to stay in or need to get some work done, there is fiber high-speed internet!

Guests can park in the one-car garage and driveway. There is also unlimited street parking.

Please note that there are security cameras on the outside of the home. They are there for the protection of both guests and the home and are only viewed in cases of emergencies.

Excellent stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed at this property to be close to the venue for my son's wedding & couldn't have been more pleased with the entire stay! The property was very nice & conveniently located. The property was very clean and had multiple amenities that made our stay very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

great vacation

We loved staying in this house full of rooms for the whole family, without any problem we were able to accommodate my family and my brother's family, we had a pleasant New Year's holiday, we hope to return soon.

Clean and affordable with space for kids

The property was as advertised. Everything was clean and in working order. The management service had a cleaner cancelation and weren't ready for us at check in but the cleaning staff were very polite and management stopped by to check on things. We felt well taken care of.

Wedding trip

The property was fine for our purpose. There is some furniture that needs to have some maintenance done, but, the house was clean and well stocked. There were plenty of linens and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we were pleased with the stay.

Great stay!

Clean, comfortable property and great, responsive property manager. We had a few (very minor) issues and they responded and fixed the minor issues very quickly. Would recommend 100%!
