Amenities include a lighted tennis and basketball court, fully-equipped gym, spacious, well-appointed, yard with a large pool, spa fire features and outdoor gas grill and al fresco dining.
Recently renovated, and newly furnished throughout, the Loma Vista Villa, has a gated driveway leading to a spacious motor court and front entrance flanked by water features.
The entry foyer opens to the home's main social rooms including a spacious, sun-drenched, living room with french doors leading out to a garden and ping pong table.

The large family room features custom cabinetry, a large stone fireplace, wet bar, 1,500 bottle wine cellar, and a billiards table.The home theater in the family room is an audiophile's dream and features a 10 foot screen and an incredible sound system. To play along with the music, the room has a variety of conga drums, percussion and other musical equipment.

The dining room comfortably seats 10, with a glass table that features custom designed and painted pedestals and a large abstract painting by the same artist.

The large custom, blue glass, center island, kitchen is fully equipped for large scale entertaining. It includes double Thermador ovens, microwave, two large refrigerators, a 6 burner, Thermador stove-top, ample Cesarstone countertops for food preparation and slate flooring.
The 1200 sq ft marble and limestone inlay primary suite is situated in its own wing of the villa and features a large bedroom with a king size bed, comfortable sitting area and a private patio off the bedroom. The primary suite has two large "his and her" bathrooms, including a large jetted tub and steam shower as well as a private office and custom walk-in closets in the dressing room.
The three guest bedrooms each have bathrooms en-suite and are located on separate wings of the home.

Experience was not as great as expected
First entering property there was an order, as time went the order got stronger, smell like a septic or plumbing issue.The water pressure was very poor, I understand that it’s an older home but these are things that should be in working order when renting out your property. The toilets were not clean. The entire reason for picking this house was for the amenities, the outside living area was not clean before we arrived, there were leaves and debris in the pool and the outside living area. Before leaving our home we ask the property manager can our RV be park in the drive way, she stated yes, when we arrived the RV could not get into their drive way. This was such an inconvenience and we had to park on the side of the busy street for our entire stay.

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration regarding my recent home rental experience at [Property Name or Address]. I had high expectations for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations due to several unresolved issues and poor communication from the host.Firstly, upon arrival, I discovered that there were several problems that needed immediate attention. The water in the main bathroom did not get hot, rendering it practically unusable. Additionally, the television in the rental did not work at all, depriving me of the entertainment I had hoped for during my stay. These amenities were clearly advertised as functional, and their malfunction greatly impacted the quality of my experience.Furthermore, one of the key attractions that led me to choose this rental was the advertised heated pool. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the pool was not heated as promised. In order to have the pool heated, I paid an additional fee and was informed that it would take approximately a day and a half to complete the process. To my dismay, it took a staggering three days for the pool to finally reach the desired temperature. This delay not only disrupted my plans but also contradicted the information provided by the host.Moreover, I had an ongoing communication with the host regarding these issues, and I was initially assured that I would be refunded for the incon

Beverly Hills in the Hills
We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The location was great, about 10 minutes from Sunset strip and very peaceful. The inside was very clean and high tech. We really enjoyed watching movies at night on the big screen. The outside was a little bit of a let down. There was no usable basketball on the court and the pool had no net cleaner which made the water undesirable. We did enjoy the tennis court.
