Der Aufenthalt war im allgemeinen gut, allerdings wurde die Wohnung nicht sehr gepflegt übergeben. (Insektengitter defekt, Asche vom Vorgänger noch im Kamin, in den Ecken Spinnweben und Staub auf der Einrichtung, das Balkongeländer sollte einmal vom Grünspan gesäubert werden und die Balkonl ). Für ältere Besucher, könnte der Sportplatz gegenüber(Lärm spielender Sportler und Kinder) ein Problem sein. Positiv möchte ich noch erwähnen, dass im Wohnzimmer defekte Strahler sofort repariert wurden

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Schöne Anlage, gute Einkaufsanbindung. Wir waren viel mit den Rädern unterwegs. Fahrradschuppen war sehr vom Vorteil.

der Kamin zieht schlecht ab eine Mappe mit Informationen wäre hilfreich einige Steckdosen sind lose Weingläser fehlen Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub, die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Die Lage ist top, ruhig, aber fussläufig zum Strand. Zingst ist immer wieder eine Reise wert. Die Sauna hatten wir fast immer für uns alleine (der Ruheraum könnte mit etwas mehr Liebe gestaltet sein). Die Begrüßung vor Ort war super und entspannt, und auch die Verlängerung klappte problemlos. Wir konnten uns auf ganzer Linie gut erholen und waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal in Zingst.

Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, aber hübsch. Vom Bad war ich begeistert, endlich mal ausreichend Platz mit viel Ablagefläche, eine große Dusche…. Anders als sonst. Dass die Wohnfläche vom höher gelegenen Schlafzimmer getrennt ist, fand ich toll. Dazu der Balkon. Also insgesamt zu empfehlen!!

Schön aber nicht perfekt

Es handelt sich um eine schöne Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen Umgebung und Abseits des Trubels. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, sogar Kaminholz für den eventuellen Bedarf. Kleines Manko: Das Fliegengitter im Schlafziimmer als auch die Abdeckungen der Badsteckdosen sollten mal erneuert werden.

Eine gemütlich eingerichtete saubere Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Lediglich Mückennetze an allen Fenstern fehlen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht.

Schöne Wohnung. Es ist alles da, was benötigt wird. Saunanutzung sehr angenehm. Unterstellen für Fahrräder kein Problem, Schuppen vorhanden. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und in einer ruhigen Lage. Zum schönen Strand nur wenige Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder
