Orion Villa is a private residence ideal for up to 6 persons, 7’ drive from Maleme beach and 25’ drive from Chania Venetian Harbour. It offers two spacious double bedrooms with a bathroom on the first floor and an open space living room with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. The house features a wonderful organic tree garden & amazing terrace with unobstructed mountain and sea views. Ideally located close to the world-famous beaches of Balos, Falasarna, and Elafonissi!

Our villa can accommodate up to 6 persons in 100m2. It is designed in two levels and within 900m2 of a private garden with orange, lemon, pear, apricot, lotus and avocado trees. Upon season and availability you can help yourselves to their delicious organic fruits!

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom has a double bed and views to the White Mountains. The second bedroom has one more double bed and a lovely loft with one large single bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning units and share a wonderful terrace with unobstructed mountain view and sea view in the background.

Notice: The two bedroom areas are not private. They do not offer doors but they are separated by the hallway.

On the ground floor there is an open space kitchen with dining table and living room. The living room has a single sofa bed where one more guest can be accommodated. There are comfortable sofas, a fireplace for wintertime visitors and a piano for music lovers. There is an elevated wooden floor suitable for yoga or floor exercise fans. There is access to the front ground terrace with an extra outdoor dining area.

The house is situated at just 25’drive from Chania center and only 4km away from Maleme beach. It is an ideal location if you like to stay away from the busy Chania city center but also be next to the beach and close to the popular seafront towns of Maleme, Gerani or Platanias offering all kinds of services, cafes & restaurants & shops.

Orion Villa is located in the village of Kyparissos, west of Chania, just 4km from the nearest beach. At about 4km of distance, towards the town of Maleme, you can find a wide range of shops and services, ATMs, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, and restaurants. Maleme & Gerani beaches offer organized facilities, beach bars, seaside restaurants and parasols with sun loungers. The famous Falasarna sandy beach is 40km away while Kissamos Port is just 30km. At Kissamos you can take the boat to the famous Balos beach. Don’t miss visiting the Ancient Olive Tree at Vouves!

* Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €10 per night, while from November to February, it is €4 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
