Adventure Lakehouse is a luxury mountain modern home with newly installed private hot tub and firepit located in Summit Sky Ranch in Silverthorne, Colorado. Built onto the hillside adjacent to national forest and overlooking our private lake and The Lake House, this home will not disappoint with its gorgeous mountain views! Just steps from the back door are trails to explore all throughout the neighborhood, adventure is just footsteps away. The open-plan kitchen / living / dining area is great for relaxing by the fireplace while sharing conversation with friends and family. Venture out onto your private deck to take in fresh air and keep your eye out for bears, foxes, and moose roaming the valley below. Soak in your outdoor private hot tub and have a cocktail by the firepit, both newly installed in November 2022. A true Rocky Mountain Experience! In the lower level of this home, you'll be spoiled by the amenities offered to unwind after a day on the hill, hiking on our private trails, or fishing on our private waters. The entertainment room offers a large screen TV for those cozy movie nights and a game table with Scrabble all set to go. This entertainment area also has its own wet bar. Whether snuggling up to your favorite book or enjoying conversation with your group is your thing, relax in the open plan living room on the main level. There is something for everyone at Adventure Lakehouse!

Guests of Summit Sky Ranch Rentals have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.

Superb stay in Silverthorne!

Our family of 5 stayed at this property for 7 days. The house was beautifully furnished and decorated, with amazing mountain views. It was very clean, providing a comfortable space for us all to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked, which is much appreciated. The location was exactly what we were looking for, a little removed from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, but close enough to visit and get to local ski resorts without spending a lot of time commuting. The private hot tub was a wonderful way to wrap up the day, while appreciating the quiet beauty of the area. None of us were ready to leave at the end of our stay. This property is one of the best we have stayed in, and we will most certainly return!

Life’s Good

We had the absolute best time at your property. We have traveled to quiet a few places throughout the US and we have always loved renting a home over a hotel. This property exceeded all of our expectations and blew other properties out of the water. It is conveniently located near all the best ski resorts and a short drive to Silverthorne. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to enjoy a family dinner every night of our 6 night stay. Our party included four adults and two children(ages 9 and 12), there was definitely something for each of us to enjoy and the bunk room was the perfect getaway for kids. The adults enjoyed college football playoffs in the downstairs entertainment area. It was the perfect hang out spot after a day out in the snow. We enjoyed everything about this home and highly recommend to others.

Beautiful Place

The house is beautiful and luxurious. It’s a brand new home and very clean. Our first trip to Colorado so some learning curves where fun. It takes a while to get the house warm, but it was 7 outside and we are not use to that cold. The kitchen was the best equipped we have ever stayed in. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable, sheets where a little rough. Heated floors are now coming to my house after walking in bathroom!!! Beautiful place and great views
