Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 additional bed. Kitchen with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, refrigerator and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower and WC. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, WC and bidet.

Svinaře, 293 m above sea level. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The entire house is original with antique furniture - a unique historical equipment.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early July to late August, 9 m x 3.5 m, 1 m deep).
