Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). We have a brand new app called 'DACK', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit by this channel. The deposit is refunded between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the app, you will have a direct contact with your personal host. Deposits vary between USD 50 for studio apartments and 1 bedroom to USD 800 for 8 or more bedrooms. (Deposit payment does not apply to Airbnb guests)

Our loft is located in the best neighborhood for tourists, recognized for its excellent cuisine and its wide variety of bars and discos. Just a few meters from the subway station "Palermo" and "Plaza Italia", you can easily access any point of the city.

This loft has a bedroom, a full bathroom, a toilet, an independent kitchen and a washing machine. In addition, all rooms have hot/cold air conditioning and we offer high-speed internet so you can always be connected. There are also two single sofa beds available to accommodate additional guests.
