For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Key collection will take place at our Interhome Local Office in Olbia. You will receive more details a couple of days prior to your arrival.

Villaggio con vista

Il villaggio offre un panorama favoloso sulla Tavolara. Manutenzione del verde eccellente, con fiori e alberi che rendono il posto da favola. L'appartamento ha una stupenda vista sul mare.

Posto fantastico!

Immersa in un giardino fiorito e curato nei minimi dettagli. Piscina bellissima, posto tranquillo e con tanto spazio sia all interno che all esterno sul terrazzino in cui abbiamo potuto sempre cenare con vista mare. Parcheggio coperto e comodo. Bellissima vacanza!

Tolles Apartment in guter Lage

Positiv: Tolle Lage, hat alles wichtige in der Nähe, sehr ruhig und richtige Ferienstimmung, Aussicht vom Balkon (je nach Zimmer) Negativ: Klimanlage kostet extra, man muss den Schlüssel in Olbia holen und auch wieder zurückbringen (fanden wir weniger toll) Küche war sehr mangelhaft ausgestattet und hat sehr streng gerochen, bäder waren sehr alt und renovations bedürftig. Bett war leider nicht ein ganzes Doppelbett (2 betten zusammengeschoben) Balkon zu nahe zu nachbarn

Mooi vakantiedomein

Veel huisjes op een zeer kleine oppervlakte rond het zwembad gebouwd. Zwemverbod in de namiddag. Domein niet voor kleine kinderen. Geen microgolfoven, geen afwasmachine, veel te kleine inbouwijskast. D18 naast ons is goedkoper en heeft wel microgolf, afwasmachine én losstaande grote ijskast.

Gute Unterkunft mit optimalen Preis/Leistungserhältnis. Eignet sich super für Familien mit Kindern. Die Wohnungen sind einfach aber praktisch eingerichtet.

E molti anni che vengo ad alloggiare in questo complesso residenziale. Sempre molto Curata la zona esterna ma devo comunque fare in osservazione. Quando era gestito dai proprietari sig. G. e consorte vi erano quelle accortezze che quest anno nn ho riscontrato. Grazie comunque di tutto

Alles in Allem ganz in Ordnung, jedoch auf keinen Fall das was man erwartet. Sehr schöne Anlage aber Zimmer eher Absteigeniveau. Ausserdem bucht man ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, dass dieser aber mit immerwährendem Autolärm der Hauptverkehrsstrasse verknüpft ist, wird nirgendwo erwähnt. Hätte man sich sparen können. Würde es nicht mehr buchen.

Tutto stupendo

Struttura bellissima, con parcheggio privato. Residence curato nei minimi dettagli, con appartamenti veramente carini. Il nostro ha soddisfatto ogni esigenza, con terrazza splendida per colazioni o cene. Piscina come ciliegina sulla torta. Consiglio la struttura, posizione strategica per le spiagge di san Teodoro
