An initial supply of paper products: toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap, and trash bags. You may want to bring or buy extra as we do not furnish these products for your entire stay.

A fully equipped kitchen includes a blender, wine opener, toaster, coffee pot, and all cooking utensils.

White sand beaches and crystal blue waters abound along thirty-plus miles of paved walk/run/bike paths which stretch out on 30A. Just about 2.5 miles to Seaside Market, 2.5 miles from Publix Grocery store, and an easy walk to the beach! Fine and casual dining opportunities from breakfasts to dinner, as well as proximity to bike and beach rentals. Short drives to Rosemary beach, the Hub, Panama City Beach, or Destin.

CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

NOTE: Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.
