Located right in town and close to Historic Kailua Village, the complex is protected from the hustle and bustle and noise of daily traffic. Kona Sea Ridge unit L-4 is located all the way at the top corner of the complex, next to unimproved land with lush vegetation to the north. The unit is positioned for some of the best ocean views in the complex. This townhouse is a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit. One guest bedroom and bath are downstairs, while the master suite and 2nd guest and bath are upstairs. The condo comes equipped with a full size washer and dryer, and all of the amenities you might need to settle in an stay for an extended period of time. A large lanai downstairs is set up for entertaining, while a private lanai upstairs is included with the master suite.
