This home features a new kitchen in 2022 with stainless steel stove, fridge and microwave, dining area and living room with electric fireplace and smart big screen TV. Convenient to ND

Remodeled but nothing fancy. Minimally furnished and stocked. Biggest complaint is no dishwasher. Location is very convenient to Notre Dame, grocery store and a great 24-hour diner (Nick's Patio).
