An easy living home that is cozy and close to all things Austin. Perfect place for a few couples or family with kids. Located in the most desirable neighborhood in Austin, the proximity to downtown, ACL or the University of Texas can't be beaten. The backyard alone is worth the stay with its pool, hot tub, sport court, huge patio, and lush landscaping. Inside the home, you will find it to be well appointed with every comfort you could possibly need. The entire home has been professionally decorated with amenities such as a gourmet kitchen, 70" TV, Sonos sound system, 60" TV and game room, top-of-the-line mattresses, and furniture that compliments the relaxed nature of the home. Between the location, amenities, and finish out of the home you will not be disappointed.
