Fantastic Tarleton Home Base

I stayed here with my daughter during a Tarleton University camp. The house was a perfect home base for our trip. Very clean home, great location and the hosts were outstanding.

Can’t say enough about Bradley and Mel’s hospitality! The place is adorable, decorated nicely and spic and span. It felt like we were house keeping for friends for there is no stone unturned as far as the house being fully stocked with anything you could possibly need.

Comfortable Cottage

We enjoyed our stay very much! We were in Stephenville for our grandson’s high school graduation so it was a perfect location. The beds were very comfy and all amenities were perfect! The hosts were very helpful and courteous. We’d certainly love to stay there again! Very cute decor too!

Why they chose this property

The Warmer Place was our first home purchase early in our marriage. When we bought it, the hardwood floors were covered with pink carpet. It has charm in spades, we love this house.

What makes this property unique

We love the front porch swing, the walking distance to TSU, and the ample parking space with the long driveway. Our property is also surrounded by some of Stephenvilles most iconic properties.
