Thank you for providing accommodations during our stay. We found it to be a delightful little cottage that was well maintained/stocked and provided for. My only detriment was lack of air-conditioning that I don’t believe was identified in the literature. Since we were elsewhere during most of the day, it was not a major issue as the area cooled off at night and we were comfortable. Had we spent more time there during the day, it might have been uncomfortable. I would recommend it for others with the understanding of the lack of aircon. Thanks again for the stay. Regards Bob

We thank you for choosing us. I do apologize that you had any discomfort. I do not have AC listed as an amenity. We have few visitors in the summer, so I am sure to have heat there. Many hunters use our little cabin. I will consider looking into have a small unit that will fit within the power that is in the building. Blessings

Very convenient and close to the Granite Mtn. Memorial hike. It checked all the boxes for things we needed. Shower, beds and a place to prepare some easy food. A little dated and layout was odd, but again. Just needed a place to catch some sleep and then hit the road.

Those shacks that are there are actually historical from the mine that was there. It is a very cool place, but has been there awhile. Why they chose this property

This small mountain town is quaint and beautiful. The views and hiking are great. There is a local American Legion and a couple small restaurants. We are located minutes away from the Arizona State Park Granite Mountain Hotshots Memorial.

What makes this property unique

This great clean open bunkhouse is heated with propane stove, has a propane range, small refrigerator and sink, with a patio and gas grill. There is a large tv in the living room and a small tv in each room.
Both winter and summer tend to be mild here. We are located 35 miles from down town Prescott and 24 miles from downtown Wickenburg.
