The apartment is located in the charming Gardone Riviera, in a quiet location and about 500 meters from the lake. Furnished with a refined detail, it has every comfort to make your holiday relaxing and memorable.

Guests have a furnished garden and parking for small and medium cars available. At about 800 m you will find the center of Gardone, where you can find restaurants, pizzerias, shops and the pharmacy.

Booking formalities:

Check-in / out: The booked apartment is available to the guest on the day of arrival from 15 00 clock and the reception is open for key collection as follows: Monday to Saturday from 15 00 to 18 00 clock. For arrivals outside this time an advance notice will be requested, but not later than 23.00. On the day of departure, the apartment must be released no later than 10 o'clock.

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit and the booking form.

Cancellation conditions: according to the European standards and if there are no other agreements, the following payments are due for a cancellation:
- from the 40th to the 30th Day from the beginning of the stay 30% of the total price
- from the 29th to the 20th Day from the beginning of the stay 40% of the total price
- from the 19th to the 10th Day from the beginning of the stay 60% of the total price
- from the 10th Day from the beginning of the stay 100% of the total price
