About this property

Best waterfront spot on Lake George! Direct lakefront, private two acres with updated interior, huge front porch, swim dock, boat house and deep water with sandy beach. It has it all. Twenty minutes north of Bolton Landing located in the quiet part of the lake.
In addition to the swim dock and boat house with a jumping platform the lakefront has a patio with a picnic table, fire pit, two kayaks and one paddle board and Adirondack chairs and loungers. The lake is 16 feet deep off the dock and also has a sandy beach.

The house has a huge upper screened porch and a lower porch. The interior is completely renovated with a ceiling fan in each bedroom and air- conditioning in the kitchen/main room. There are three quality TVs and high speed internet.

We are located on a very quiet part of the lake with beautiful sunrises and very little boat traffic.

Bring your own boat or rent one to keep at the boathouse.

Silver Bay YMCA is located four miles away and has weekly day camp, swim lessons, sailing, tennis, pickleball, hiking trails and many family activities
