About this property

You will be charmed by this totally private adorable place to stay. It is designed to accommodate weddings, family reunions, birthdays and friends get together events. Three large properties sharing the backyard, great swimming pool and hot tub are outside!
To heat the pool is $300 per day. To turn on steam room $70 per day
The three houses two of which remodeled into a single home plus another two story house with a loft sharing a large backyard with swimming pool and hot tub. You will have access to all the houses in this listing and private swimming pool and hot tub. There is an exercise weight lifting and stretching gym and a steam room. There is a dedicated work place.

I recently added two ADT security cameras for external surveillance, one facing the front driveway and the other facing the backyard and swimming pool.

There is a $3000 refundable security deposit required before booking. Each additional guest over 4 people is $75 per night saying or visiting.
This resort is just 15 min drive from the Galleria area.

Perfect spot for Large Group

We came to Houston to celebrate my 50th birthday and this home accommodated us perfectly.. it was 25 of us and we had several couples who were able to stay in their own rooms. Fortunately I had all my girls conveniently in one large room so it was like girls night every night we were there in that room with four queen beds.. I had an issue with the heat in the large room but when I made the call it was corrected immediately and the owner was very nice and friendly.. the homes are great for a large group.. I didn’t have any problems whatsoever it was a delight and I will definitely stay here again.. planing an all girls trip soon so I will be back! It’s close to everything!

Perfect Oasis

This property was the best getaway. Houston can be a bit intimidating to an out of towner like me--its vastness is daunting! But Alexander's home was the perfect retreat. The houses were beautifully maintained and the touches included (trees inside, pianos, steam room, stylish kitchen and bar area) make you feel the love in this home. And the backyard- I can easily say it was the best backyard of any rental I have been in. The plants and trees were gorgeous and I would have been content spending the whole trip listening to music by the pool. Lastly, Alexander was responsive, thorough, and quickly made sure that I received my full deposit back shortly after my stay ended. Can't recommend enough!

Huge home - Great for large groups

This listing is includes 2 units that join to the same backyard. It's absolutely huge, with the ability to sleep over 20 people, though we used it for 6. If you're planning a large get together in Houston, this is your VRBO.
