About this property

Large and comfortable apartment (130sqm) in a quiet cul-de-sac location near the city.
The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, each with 1.80m wide double beds.
In the very spacious living room with an upstream conservatory and balcony, 1 or 2 people could sleep again on the couch converted into a bed. In the living room you will find a large 55 "flat screen TV with cable TV and a cozy fireplace for colder evenings.
Between the living room and kitchen is the separate dining area with a large, solid wooden table with space for up to 8 people.
The kitchen with a modern fitted kitchen and very extensive equipment leaves almost nothing to be desired.
A large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower and a smaller guest toilet round off the comfort of this holiday apartment perfectly.

Grömitz, eine Reise wert!!!!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefüllt, Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Nette Begrüßung bei der Ankunft und eine nette Verabschiedung. Rundum zufrieden!!!!!!!!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Dies ist eine schöne und große Ferienwohnung. Optimal für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Unsere mitgebrachten Fahrräder konnten wir auf der Veranda im Garten sicher abstellen. Zum flach abfallenden Strand benötigt man wenige Minuten mit dem Auto, Parkplätze sind vorhanden (4 Euro ein Tagesticket). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Toll ist auch der gemietete Strandkorb. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns haben jedoch Fliegengitter im Wohnzimmer, im Esszimmer, Küche und an der Balkontür gefehlt. Auch wäre eine zusätzliche Hakenleiste an der Badezimmertür gut gewesen, da wir als Familie angereist sind und viele Handtücher in Gebrauch hatten. Ansonsten ist diese Wohnung toll ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen und würde wiederkommen. Der Vermieter ist zwar nicht vor Ort, aber ist gut zu erreichen.

Große tolle Wohnung mit guter Lage

Viel Platz für 4 Erwachsene Schöne Terasse Küche mit allem ausgestattet Grosses Badezimmer, Gäste Toilette Toller Kamin Toll, dass es Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus gibt Lage hervorragend, fußläufig 2 Supermärkte, Bäckerei und Imbiss Bis zum Zentrum ca. 10 Minuten, zur Strandpromenade ca. 20 Minuten Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter ( hat alles genau erklärt und beschrieben) Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen
