Ski trip

This is a cozy apartment and can comfortably sleep 4-5 people. The slopes can easily be reached by bus, but transportation is a little complicated. Overall a very nice place.

Tolle Ausgangsbasis für einen Urlaub im Ötztal

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und gemütlich. Die Vermieter - eine nette, junge Familie - wohnen im Haus. Alle Ziele im Ötztal sind gut erreichbar. Zum Essen können wir das Gasthaus Andreas Hofer in Umhausen empfehlen.

Alles sehr gut

Die Wohnung war ruhig gelegen und vom Balkon aus konnten man herrlich den Blick auf die Berge genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und äußerst entgegenkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung mieten.

Ruhiges, malerisches Ort

Das Haus und die Wohnung entsprechen den Bildern, wir waren mit der Lage und mit der FeWo (1Stock)sehr zufrieden Alles war sehr sauber und in der Küche alles mögliche vorhanden. Was weniger gut war, das waren die alte und harte Matratzen. Für jüngere Leute wäre das vielleicht nicht von Bedeutung, für uns schon. Trotzdem: empfehlenswert.

Alles wie beschrieben und auch sauber und ordentlich. Bad und WC neu renoviert. Küche und Essplatz bietet viel Platz. Balkon mit viel Sonne über den Tag. Hier wären für den Balkon ein paar bessere Stühle und ein ein kleiner Tisch super. Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Geweldige vakantiewoning

Prima vakantiewoning die ook in winterse omstandigheden goed bereikbaar is. Alles is aanwezig om daar goed te kunnen verblijven. Prima WiFi zonder haperingen. Ligging is niet in Umhausen zelf maar 1,5 km ervoor in een klein gehucht. Geen lawaai van auto’s. Kortom, wat ons betreft, een aanrader.

Een ruim appartement met een schitterend uitzicht over een deel van het Otztal. Comfortabel, ruime keuken en goed geoutilleerd. Fijne badkamer. Goed contact met de eigenaar en de beneden bewoners. Plek voor (race)fietsen in de bijbehorende garage. Mooi gesitueerd in het Otztal voor het ondernemen van allerlei activiteiten.

Very cosy

The apartment was very spacious, clean and cosy. It was situated rather far from Solden (25 min by car) but near the Hochoetz ski area (10 min by car). As we were travelling by car it was no problem for us. All for all our stay was perfect.
