About this property

Summary:
Enjoy your stay in our cozy 2 bedroom, full bath basement which includes a full kitchen, microwave, coffee/cocoa maker, and washer/dryer. Come and go as you please thru your own private entrance. A Smart-Lock on the door allows no-contact check in. This is a triplex so there is a good chance you will have guests staying above/next to you. All our guests are asked to be courteous with their noise level so you shouldn't have any issues. The queen mattress is brand new and so comfy!

The Space:
You’ll love how close everything is, and there’s a great walking path nearby. t's equipped with a Phillips Smart TV, a comfortable sectional, and a nice desk for any work you need to get done. The queen bed in our newly remodeled bedroom has a Firm Tempur-Pedic mattress for a great nights sleep.

Guest Access:
Access to this basement unit is around the left side of home.

Getting Around:
The driveway on the left side of the home is exclusively for you! Logan also has a bus system with two stops each just a block away from our home.

Interaction with Guests:
Check in is self directed with a door code. I am available via text, phone, or email. I’ve lived in Logan for 20 years and I’m happy to help in any way and can give great recommendations upon request.

Loud neighbors

The property is nice but the upstairs neighbors started a party at 2:30 in the morning and it didn't end until 5 in the morning despite our asking that they keep it down. I understand that the sleep habits of their tenants is not necessarily under their control but it made for a horrible nights sleep with our 2 year old. On top of this, there is a light right outside the bedroom window that makes it almost as bright as daytime in the room. The rooms need blackout curtains if those lights are not able to be turned off (which they aren't). On the positive side, it was very easy to find, had plenty of parking, was clean and tidy, and the property manager was very easy to communicate with.
