Newly renovated space featuring a rustic farmhouse style. Guests will enjoy the original hardwood flooring, refinished in a distressed white, and paired with new windows, cabinets, and fixtures. G-Nests are in the kitchen and bedroom for music and two phone charging pads are in the bedroom.
The suite comfortably sleeps four adults with a queen size bed and pull out couch!
The suite is the back apartment of a duplex. It is attached to the front unit but guests have completely separate entrances. Guests have access to the rear suite and side yard!
Parking is in front of the house, and guests can park up to two vehicles. Because the access driveway is shared with other houses, please pull up as close as you can to the railroad ties and park in the reserved parking areas to avoid blocking any access to the other garages and parking spaces.
The parking lot has a limit of 2 vehicles. If you have guests or oversized vehicles please park on the street or in the parking lot across the street.

A perfect vacation rental. Big enough for all your needs. Comfortable bed to sleep in and couch to sit on. Bathroom was small but adequate. Kitchen was stocked with anything you may need- cereal, sweetener, milk, eggs, water! I would definitely stay here again. A little difficult for us to find but the owners FaceTime us and walked us into the parking lot. Real service! Thanks guys!
This was the perfect stay to check out USU. clean, charming space. So close to downtown. loved being able to walk to Café Ibis for coffee. A great location. Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Logan.
Very helpful host, helping us find the place and extending our stay. Very close to many amenities we needed, like groceries, gas and restaruants. Very secluded and private as well.
Little hard to find but the. Location was very convenient for our needs. The unit was clean. They had turned on the air conditioner so it was nice and cool when we arrived. They had eggs, milk, waters in the refrigerator and popcorn and ramen in a drawer. The pull out bed was a little wanting but worked. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the fan in the main bedroom so go a little warm during the night. I should have texted the owner for help but didn’t. The did have blackout curtains which was nice since we went to bed early due to needing to be up and out early.Would definitely stay again.
Breakfast had some eggs & oatmeal no fresh fruit. There were no dish towels or dish rack to dry dishes. I would probably try to clean the couch cushions they were very stained & dirty looking. They do zipper so it would not be hard to do.It was fair quiet & a little secluded from the Main Street which was nice. I would recommend & would stay again. The host was very responsive which was appreciated.
This location is great if using many of the amenities of downtown Logan. A great alternative to a hotel stay, complete with care and cleanliness. Loved the items welcoming us in the refrigerator!

It was quite, clean and just a cute, cozy property. The owner had the kitchen stocked for breakfast and he was really easy to work with. The Autumn colors were really showing off in the area. Such a wonderful stay.

This was such a cute place to stay for our overnight in Logan. It has wonderful natural lighting and we loved the farm fresh eggs for breakfast! The outside area with the hammock was lovely for relaxing. Highly recommend this cute Farmhouse!

We love Logan because it gives you the best of both worlds. Center Street preserves the small-town feel of a country town while just a few blocks up the road you have the convenience of shopping at all of your favorite stores and restaurants!
