Settler's Crossing 49 -Pet Friendly -2 Bedroom Condo - Sleeps 7 with HotTub

Settler's Crossing 49 is a stylish and modern two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo retreat, a perfect choice at an affordable price point while still feeling luxurious. The cool living room features a large flat screen TV above the fireplace with access to an Apple TV so you can keep up to date on your favourite shows while on holiday!

On the deck is your private hot tub where you can take a dip and soak away after your day of adventure, thanks in part to the convenient ski-in/ski-out access!

This is a pet friendly property, so if you'd like to bring your fuzzy family member please leave a note while making your booking request. A non-refundable pet fee of $75+tax will apply which covers the entire duration of your stay. This home is limited to a maximum of 1 medium-to-large dog, OR 2 lap dogs.

Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your direct email 10 days prior to your arrival (direct email must be provided after your booking is accepted).

* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.

* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.

* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.

* Large adult group bookings require us to pass along newer Sun Peaks Municipal bylaws. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
