The home itself was all we expected, and the location was excellent for us, with direct gated access to the Loop Trail. The management company, Vacasa, messed up the access information to get into the unit, and left us on hold waiting for a real person for half an hour. On the other hand the owner got in touch with us and was very helpful on that and on a TV issue, talking us through a problem by phone. Home, location, and owner very good; management company poor.

Pleasant vacation

Lovely home, nicely appointed for entertaining, artful lighting features, very good appliances and cookware, acceptable barbecue, comfortable bed and bath - indeed snowbird-friendly, be aware of long staircase to upper floor.

A few disappointments but overall good

This is a beautiful, spacious property in a great location. We had some minor issues/confusion with check-in but it was resolved quickly. The listing states the office bed is a sleeper sofa, and although you can sleep on it, it is not the same as a pull-out sleeper sofa—definitely not for two. The biggest issue we had was with the shared pool, which took us a couple days to find (the host refused to give specific directions, we had to ask neighbors). I’ll help you out: it’s on the street behind the property, about 4 blocks or a 1/4 mile down, visible from the street. Overall a nice stay but I was disappointed with how unhelpful the folks at Vacasa were.

Almost perfect

Place was beautiful. The house clean. The only bad thing was rental rep had sent the wrong passwords to get into property. After 15 min, we were able to contact the wonderful owner who was just great. Hated to have to bother her but she was apologetic and very helpful. Don’t hold the miscommunication of property management against this wonderful home

Very comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay! The location was terrific - easy access to downtown as well as main arteries out of Tucson. The owner, Stephen, was very helpful when we had 1 small issue with accessing a tv channel. We were very comfortable. Thank you Stephen!
