About this property

Our newly designed apartments are located in Habichen near Oetz.

The "Alpenherz" apartment with approx. 77 m² offers enough space for 4 to 6 people and consists of: 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds with satellite TV; 1 double room with satellite TV; Bathroom with shower; separate toilet; cozy kitchen with dining area; Kitchen fully equipped with fridge, coffee machine, ceramic hob, and much more.

Services included: parking, barbecue area, terrace, WiFi, bed linen, towels, ski room with boot dryer, storage room for bicycles.

A large terrace with barbecue facilities is available for cozy summer evenings. The center of Oetz is approx. 1 km away and can be easily reached on foot. In the center of Oetz you will find numerous shopping opportunities, and there is also a lot to do on the culinary side.

The well-known AREA 47 is about 5 km away from us. Our house is the starting point for numerous leisure activities in the entire Ötztal, e.g. hiking, biking, rafting, canyoning, and much more.

In winter, the stop for the free ski bus is right outside the front door.
