Amazing home in Lokvicici

This beautiful holiday home with indoor pool is located on a fenced plot in the middle of the hinterland of Central Dalmatia. It consists of a large kitchen with living area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor, while the fourth bedroom is located in the open-plan attic without a door, where the minimum ceiling height is approx. 150 cm. There is a heated indoor pool on the ground floor, which is surrounded by a sliding glass wall that can be partially opened. There is of course a terrace and a children's playground outside. The nearby Lake Riice is approx. 3 km away and is suitable for fishing and hiking. You can also visit the town of Imotski, around 12 km away. However, if you want to swim in the sea then head to the beautiful beaches on the Makarska Riviera. The last approx. 50 metres to the house are not asphalted.

Super gutes Fereinhaus. Das Ferienhaus ist in einer guten Lage und kann überall hin fahren. Uns hat es vor allem so gut gefallen weil es schon etwas abgelegen ist aber so konnte man die Ruhe sehr genießen. Sandra die Inhaberin des Ferienhauses ist sehr freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden immer wieder dieses Haus mieten. Vielen Dank auch für den gefüllten Kühlschrank bei Ankunft in dem Haus. Wir würden es Freunden und Verwandten zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und sehr nette Vermieter. Das Grundstück ist sehr abgelegen, aber kein Problem und ideal für Gäste mit Hund. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, was für unseren Hund sehr schön ist. Der Pool war sehr sauber und alles in bester Ordnung. Die Vermieter waren immer ansprechbar. Wer einen Hund hat und seine Ruhe haben möchte, da ist es das passende Objekt.
