About this property

Lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment with a beautiful roof terrace and beach chairs, as well as 2 flat-screen TVs and underground parking garage
The villa "Uns Strandhus" was built in the typical style of the spa architecture and is located in a quiet one-way street only about 3 minutes' walk from the wonderful, long sandy beach. The apartment is on the first floor of the house and has a spacious roof terrace with its own beach chair. It feels good here if you don't want to do without comfort on vacation. The apartment has been tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. On a total living space of 50m², the guest has two separate bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. The non-smoking apartment is completely tiled. In the underground car park, our guests have a reserved parking space available for free use (maximum entry height 2.00 meters). Bicycles can also be parked in the underground car park or on the back of the property. Summer guests in particular will be happy to use the barbecue area next to the house.
Living and cooking
In addition to the comfortable seating, there is entertainment at its finest in the living room: guests will be delighted by the large-format flat-screen TV. The kitchen is integrated in the living room and leaves little to be desired. Dishes and cooking utensils are plentiful. Cooking is fun even on vacation. Then eat at the beautiful dining area. The apartment is located 400 meters from the sandy beach in a quiet one-way street. In a short time you can also reach the colonnades, a small stroll with a special charm, as well as several bakeries, supermarkets and a bicycle rental.

In the larger of the two bedrooms, the guest is happy about the comfortable double bed with two separate mattresses and a high entry height. The smaller bedroom also serves as a retreat during the day: equipped with a small library and a second flat-screen TV, good entertainment is guaranteed here. The comfortable couch can be converted into a bed for the night.

Herbsturlaub

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche.Mittagssonne auf der Dachterrasse. Leider wurde nur oberflächlich geputzt, denn der Teppich war nicht abgesaugt und von der Lampe rieselten die Staubflocken und Müll war unter dem Bett sowie verschmutzte Ausgüsse.

Schöne Wohnung, jedoch z.T. schmutzig!

Die Wohnung an sich ist gut und entspricht voll den Erwartungen. Allerdings war die Wohnung zum Teil nicht richtig sauber (Spinnenweben und Schmutzweben im Bad; "Wollmäuse" in der Bettwäsche; Seifenreste des Vorgängers in der Badewanne ), was als Kritik in Richtung Reinigungsfirma geht. Außerdem war unser Wäscheständer rostig, sodass wir unsere Strandwäsche nicht aufhängen könnten! Auf ein Telefonat dbzgl. mit dem Vermietungsbüro wurde gar nicht reagiert, trotz versprochenen Problemlösung.
