Over all a great stay!

I spent 3 nights here with my fiancée and two boys ages 6 & 9. The house is beautiful and had PLENTY of space for us, so much space my parents were able to join us for our last night. The only issue we had was that the master bathroom garden tub was not working properly so we were unable to use it. The pool was an amazing thing to have with the kids. I wish there was a grill in the backyard. We enjoyed being able to view some of the wildlife in the backyard. We will always keep this location in mind for our next trip to Florida.

Big, bright family prop w heated pool

Great stay for our fam of four plus mom. The location was good for us with other family nearby, but still central for Busch Gardens/drive to beach/etc. Beds nice & comfy, pool comfortable, kitchen had all we needed. Wish there was TV in master but all consistent as described. Thanks!

Amazing home

This home os like a dream come true, myself my husband and our adult granddaughter stayed her while in Tampa. this house has everything you could possibly want and more! So very clean, comfortable with all the kitchen needs and more. And the crowning glory, a wonderful backyard and heated pool! My granddaughter and I took full advantage of the pool while my husband enjoyed the screened in patio to kick back and read. The host even touched base with us to see if we needed anything after our first night there. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Tampa!

Sunny Tampa House

We have used this property twice now, I have family in Tampa and we rent this property due to its central location. The house is perfect for our stays - comfortable, very clean and convenient. It is very spacious and has everything we need. The host is great, makes sure our stay perfect!

House was super clean, pool was perfect, beds were comfy. Older home but well kept and clean. Location and pool were wonderful. Owner was very nice and quick to respond. Definitely recommend!

Wow

This place was beautiful, comfortable, and rock solid! We were actually there through the hurricane Helene last week. I’m sure we had 70 mile an hour winds, but the house had no problem. The pool is beautiful and perfect temperature. Every bedroom in the house is amazing. Really enjoyed the kitchen and also sitting on the back porch having our meals. The neighborhood is wonderful my wife and I walked around several blocks each night The host was very cordial. And very responsive We would definitely stay there again! .

Tampa - college friends reunion

The house was clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood was good. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean. Kitchen was well kept with all necessary tools. Plates, glasses, coffee maker ,tissue paper, It was a memorable trip. The owner is very responsive and prompt in answering questions. We loved the stay.

The hideaway

This house was located north of Tampa in a quiet neighborhood and was easy to locate. There was plenty of shopping nearby and numerous restaurants up & down the streets. The heated pool had 2 waterfalls in the pool and made it very relaxing when out by the pool. We spent most of our time in the pool when not attending soccer games. Inside, there was plenty of room to sit back and enjoy the peaceful mornings & evenings.

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay . The pool was nice and relaxing & nice neighborhood . A couple of issues we had and I did notice these same issues was put in a review from Feb of last year so they need to be addressed . The water pressure is not good in both bathrooms, also the garden tub in master we could not use due to the water pressure was so low the hot water barely comes out , the handle seems to be broken .

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful and very clean! We loved the pool, could use some more chairs around the pool. Beds are very comfortable but a little high off the ground, if you are a short person you will need help getting into bed. Loved the kitchen and the cabinets are pretty well stocked with cooking needs. We could not enjoy the jetted garden tub in the master bathroom due to the fact that the water barely came out of the faucet and not good pressure in the master shower. All in all we loved the house and the price is fair, I would stay there again! The hosts are great, they check on you and respond in a timely manner when needed!

Great place to stay!

This property is as described in the listing. No surprises. Very clean. The host is very responsive. We didn't get to spend much time in the pool, but it was beautiful and relaxing to see outside the window. Plenty of room, and a full kitchen, if you like coming and eating in. Highly recommend!! The only negatives for us were the strong plug in air fresheners. A milder vanilla or coconut scent might be a bit kinder to the nose and throat. Easy fix to just unplug them.

Great Place! Just what we needed.

This place worked great for our family - my husband and me, as well as our two adult children (18/20). Everyone had their own space, and the girls took advantage of making the second living room their hang out space. Pictures are very accurate, and everything was super smooth throughout the whole process. It is a very convenient location, and we found the neighborhood to be safe and quiet. We enjoyed meals in the screen porch and afternoons in the pool. Outside there were only 2 adirondack chairs, we really would have enjoyed chaises to lounge by the pool, but the deck also isn't really setup to have them, so we understand why they don't. Internet was fast, and there were enough household supplies to get us going, but you will need more after a couple of days as well as laundry detergent. Very positive experience, and we would definitely stay here again.
