Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a one king bedroom, first floor condo located in the Palm Bay Village complex. Sofa turns into a queen foam bed. One twin fold away if needed in the closet. This complex provides a beautiful tropical resort style heated pool. Perfect for Family fun and a shallow area for the kids. BBQ grills are available for guest use.

Beach is right down the street, restaurants, grocery store, nail salon, and clothing boutiques are all super super close! Discounts on golf cart rentals when you book!

We are pet friendly. There is a pet fee and can provide a sanitized kennel for a nightly fee for your pet to stay in while you are out and about to prevent any damages or charges after check out. We ask that you please obey the owners house guidelines, pets are not allowed on furniture (chairs, sofas, beds). Additional cleaning cost if noted after checkout.

Palm Bay Village Pet Policy:
2 pet limit. Each pet may not exceed the greater of 20 inches in height at the shoulder or 25 pounds in weight. No pets allowed in Common Areas unless carried or on a leash. No Pets may be leashed to any stationary object in the Common Areas, and must be under Owner control at all times. No pets allowed in pool area. Guests responsibile for pick-up/disposal of pet waste. Always pickup after your pet!
This is City Ordinance, subject to fines.

Bright roomie and beachy one bedroom

We had a great time and everything we needed! This was close to the beach, had a pool, comfortable beds (even the pull out that my 65 year old dad slept well on), was spacious for the three of us, clean, and had a great beach vibe! Things that could be improved: Communication (we got confused by some messaging that was meant for different properties) No spices, condiments, or toiletries like shampoo and soap The toaster was broken DVD player didn’t seem to work or hookups weren’t set up Check in wasn’t until 4 pm and checkout was at 11 am giving us less than 48 hours which felt like a squeeze considering the cost We were nervous that with so many rules we would mess something up and get charged extra but we followed the directions closely and everything went fine!

Super clean and comfy

Great spot to explore the area from; easy access to PINS with plenty of local spots to eat or a fully stocked kitchen to stay in and cook up your days catch.
