About this property

It's Island Time at this cute and cozy beach cottage. Kid and pet friendly, this quiet hidden treasure has everything your family will need for a relaxing sun kissed getaway. This two bedroom, two bathroom townhome has a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of seating for family breakfasts and evening meals. Kitchen includes dishes, pots & pans and a Keurig for your morning brew as well as plastic dishes and utensils to accommodate the little ones. The large living area is a great comfy spot to pull out a board game or tune into a movie on the large screen TV. Snow birds will have a warm fire to curl up next to at the flick of a switch. Bedroom 1 boasts a spacious King size bed and the 2nd bedroom a Queen. You'll find both beds wrapped in lavish linens for winding down after a full day at the beach or a cool swim in the pool and both rooms include a TV. A playpen is also available for use as well as a twin size roll away bed. There are two full bathrooms for everyone's privacy. The main bedroom includes a large en suite shower and walk in closet. The secondary has a full bath tub for a little bubble time in the evening. Both bathrooms are stocked with fluffy towels. Feel free to catch a cool salty breeze on the large outdoor patio. Staying here will put you minutes from everything...beach, restaurants, putt putt golf, the Island Market...anything you can desire. Pet friendly for up to 2 dogs 40 lbs & under. A pet fee of $100 for first pet and $50 for a second will be included in the price of the reservation. Please inquire ahead of booking if traveling with pets. Sorry no cats permitted. This is a non-smoking property. Come stay a while!

Quick trip

We made a quick trip to Corpus and was able to book this home for the night. It was so cozy and cute! Communication was great and check in was super easy. Very clean and we really enjoyed our quick trip! Would love to stay again with more time! 💕

Everything you need.

The condo or house was nicer than the pictures show. Very clean and a quiet area. There was everything you need or might need. The kitchen was well stocked.

Amazing!!!!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time here! Place felt like home and I loved all the decor so beautiful. We had everything we needed here we are definitely coming back. We love to give reviews and rate place we go to as a family. This place was a 10 plus plus there was absolutely nothing wrong. The Casanova’s ❤️

Great stay!

This was our first time opting out a “traditional” hotel stay. We were a bit skeptical at first but once we arrived it was just as the pictures were. We did not have no problem whatsoever and we would even like to plan future trips just to this location. This felt like a home away from home! We have already actually recommended this place as it was a pleasant stay. If you are looking for a comfortable/nice place, don’t look any further, and make the selection to this place. You will not regret it!

The hostess with the mostest!

Amber was an AMAZING host! That was represented in her communication and also in the rental itself. The cottage was VERY clean and was stocked with everything we could have needed. Our daughter said it was the best beach rental we have stayed in. Thank you, Amber!
