About this property

Waterfront, 2b 2b, on the canal with boat slip. Get away from it all, whether you like spending time on the beach, fishing or just spending time relaxing. This colorful coastal décor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located on the second floor of the Spinnaker complex. Has a wonderful water view from the balcony. It's just a short boat ride to Packery Channel to access the Gulf. Boat trailers can not be parked in the parking lot, they can however be parked on the street as long as it is attached to your vehicle. You also have the option of leaving the trailer parked behind The Rental Management Company, 14613 S. Padre Island Dr. for $10 a day or $40 for the month.
The beach is a less then a 5 minute drive.

The island has plenty of shops and restaurants. Enjoy miniature golf, horseback riding, fishing and many more activities. There is a lot of fun to be had by the entire family.

You will feel right at home, the condo is fully furnished. All linens and towels are provided, a fully equipped kitchen (pots/pans, coffee maker, etc.), along with a washer and dryer.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed, with the a full size bathroom just down the hallway. There is an air mattress available for a 6th person. Flat screen TV's with cable are located in the living room and each bedroom, along with access to WiFi. The complex has a hot tub, pool and a large deck overlooking the canal.

Nice place

Overall we were happy with our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The showers/tubs were a little hard to balance in because of their narrow curved feature so you just have to be careful with that. The location was perfect for what we needed, 5 minute drive to Whitecap Beach, super close to resturants. The community was quiet and there was plenty of parking. All in all we had a nice time!

Great location at a great price

Only a minor and I mean very miner- the patio was messy due to the swifts and their nest. Overall, we will be back! The owners were responsive and informative.

Won't be back

I booked for Friday and Saturday nights to celebrate my son's 10th birthday. Got there on Friday night and the door code didn't work. Tried to call and text the owner and got no response. Got hold of the property manager, who was never told that the unit had been booked, and told me that it hadn't been cleaned yet. I had to book a motel for the night, which I was reimbursed for. Apparently the owner is out of the country, and didn't get the booking? Now I'm waiting for a refund of my booking. We didn't get into the unit until around 11am Saturday. Not the property manager's fault at all, and she was very communicative, but it kind of threw the whole weekend off. The unit itself was cute, but the balcony is filthy, with rusty furniture and dirty cushions on the chairs. Makes it a bit difficult to enjoy. For the amount of money paid for 2 nights, it was 100% not worth it.
