Renovated and furnished April, 2022. New paint, floors, and countertopf . This spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath offers a full sized kitchen with NEW QUARTZ countertop with recessed sink with everything you need - dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator and full sized, side by side washer & dryer in condo. All new linens, towels, utensils, plates, cups, etc. Queen Sized bed in Master, 2 twin sized beds in 2nd room, all with Memory Foam Toppers. TWO full bathrooms that were just refinished (April, 2020) to include non-slip flooring, NEW quartz bathroom countertops. Brand new beautiful Sleeper Sofa and side chair. Brand new LARGE kitchen table with seating for everyone, including a long bench, great for kids. 3 large flat screen TV's (both with expanded cable). Surf the web on the condos own personal, secure Wifi connection, play board games or relax with a book during your stay. And don't forget the great balcony where you can kick up your feet on the cute newly purchased adirondack chairs, watch the sun set and enjoy the island breeze.

Wonderful! It was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We loved the comfortable master bedroom bed and also that the 2nd bedroom had 2 separate beds for our sons-- so they did not have to share! We loved the extra long dining room table, which enabled all of us to eat comfortably together. We loved all of the extra items available for the beach--that was a huge plus!

The stay was amazing! We had a great time, and this location is very close to the beach. The beds were a wee bit uncomfortable so I didn't sleep well, but we still had one hell of a time! Thanks again!

As you noticed, it was a brand new King bed (we upgraded from a Queen). We had not had a chance to add the mattress topper so I apologize for the stiffness. It has since been added. This place was perfect! Family of 4. Exactly like the online photos! Plus she had extra needed items available for the beach! All the extra little touches bottles of shampoo in each shower! Items in the pantry! Super clean! The property itself was great everything is as described. You couldSeriously walk to the beach but we drove. The directions were spot on & our host responded to questions quickly! We will definitely be back this summer & hoping we can rent this condo again.

My family enjoyed staying at this condo it is walking distance to Whitecap beach & everything was close by grocery store, gas station, coffee shops, etc. We had an issue with the keycard but our host was amazing & got it resolved immediately. We would highly recommend this condo for a family of 4 the space was perfect for us.

I am so sorry to hear this. I will be reaching out to get more information so that I can ensure improvements. You arrived early and asked if you could check in early and I was able to accommodate this. I know when you arrived the AC Thermostat needed batteries. That was remedied in less than 2 hours. After that, I reached out the next day to check in to see if everything was good and you didn't indicate that anything was wrong. Again, I'm sorry. Had I known anything was off, I would have immediately tried to fix it.

We stayed at this property over the summer and loved it so much we decided to purchase a place of our own. We hope you will enjoy it as much.

What makes this property unique

Beach Club offers so much more than any other property on the Island. Beautiful heated pool & hot tub, gazebo for relaxing, private onsite lake for fishing, 24 hour gym and sauna, Business center with faxing, copying and printing, free coffee and WiFi at the Clubhouse AND walking distance to the beach. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else!
