Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy this modern mountain retreat positioned right on Lake Dillon! Whether you are looking for a romantic weekend away or some family quality time, location, location, location!
The space
The condo offers one conforming bedroom with a queen bed, another non-conforming bedroom with a queen bed, and a queen sofa sleeper located in the living area. Due to short-term rental restrictions per the Town of Dillon, only 4 guests are permitted.
The unit offers two full bathrooms. One bathroom is equipped with a jetted tub.
Kitchen seating is available at the bar and a fold out dining table is located in the unit for more formal seating.
There is a gas grill on the balcony, with a patio bench that can be converted to a bed.
Need to work? There are two desk spaces that accommodate the working traveler.
Washer/Dryer in unit, though the dryer takes an extended time to dry. If you are in a rush, there is a common area laundry on the ground floor that is coin operated.
This unit is not suitable for large parties and events.
Guest access
Building has an interior/private entrance. Unit can be accessed via stairs or elevator on the 2nd floor.
Two parking passes/spaces permitted that are unassigned. Vehicles must be signed in. Violators will be towed at the guest's expense.
Hot tub and sauna are available during hours posted on the ground floor.
Pool is currently under construction.
Cameras are located in the common areas and are monitored by the HOA.
Other things to note
Pool and roof construction is active Summer 2022. As a host, I have requested feedback & guests have not communicated negative experiences thus far.

There is an on-site property manager that will report violations of rules. Please read carefully to avoid additional charges. Further details and fines will be disclosed upon booking.
This unit has a Responsible Agent, whose chief purpose is to respond to an external complaint submitted to the local government regarding the renter's stay in this unit. If the local government receives a complaint about the renter and it contacts the Responsible Agent, the renter will be charged for the Responsible Agent's response with a cost of a $35 flat fee plus $100 per hour charged in 6-minute increments until the complaint is resolved.

No pets.
Check-out is at 10AM.
Parking is limited to two vehicles.
Please do not leave trash in the hallways.
Quiet hour begins at 10PM.
Items are not able to be hung on the railings of the patio.
Weather is unpredictable in Colorado. Please shut the windows when out and about enjoying the town!
